This session walks you through some of the typical common reporting examples e.g. Salary history, Sickness History. We will embed a sickness filter already created in this report. We will demonstrate the differences between payroll and listing reports using a report to show starters and leavers in the period by embedding a starters and leavers filter.

Our cloud-based portal makes outsourcing your payroll easier than ever. In this sesions we will look at how to securely share data on any device, wherever you are. As well as how to easily communicate with your Outsourced Services team via a dedicated message inbox which enables you to securely share information in one central location.

In this workshop we will show you how to create filters to embed in navigator, reports, letters and email notifications. We will build filters for Holiday events in the calendar and holiday bookings not yet authorised in self-service to embed in reports. We will build a filter using TODAY with offsets e.g. leavers in the last 3 months.

>Getting the most out of Cintra Cloud: New Starter Wizard and Managing Leavers – Clare Bell, Operational Readiness Consultant, Cintra

This session will demonstrate how to manage and directly import multiple employees and leavers into the system at one time via a spreadsheet using our new starter wizard. We will also look at how to the wizard enables you to individually add employee details when required.

Find out more about the differences between record filters and data filters when filters are added to reports using and an example by building Pension report using both data filter and record filters. We will create a new numeric expression which can be used in reports e.g. Overtime total. We will look at when using the historic stack tables to report latest single row rather than multiple rows.

Cintra iQ: Gender Pay Gap Reporting – Jess Mcevoy, Head of Development, Cintra

You can produce Gender Pay Gap reports from CintraIQ at any time through the year, so it’s a great tool for monitoring your progress on reducing any gaps, as well as producing the mandatory annual reports.
In this workshop we’ll be taking a look at how to create your Gender Pay Gap reports from CintraIQ. We’ll cover how to set up your ordinary and bonus pay definitions, how to create your snapshots, review the data and look at the statistics.
