Belron is the worldwide leader in vehicle glass repair and replacement with more than ten major brands – including Carglass®, Safelite® AutoGlass and Autoglass®. In addition, it manages vehicle glass and other insurance claims on behalf of insurance customers.  Building on its existing capability and expertise, Belron is expanding its services to focus on solving problems for people who need assistance with repairs to their vehicles. It is also exploring opportunities to develop its business in home repairs.

Belron looks after around 15 million consumers each year in over 30 countries on five continents with a focus on service quality generating a very high level of customer satisfaction.

Early 2015 we decided to review our payroll provider, our payroll provider at the time was a large international Company and we felt that, as a small company, we didn’t receive the level of service that we should have, compared to the response to larger clients. Having been responsible for choosing Cintra as a provider in a previous company I had no hesitation in contacting them again to see if they would be interested in submitting a tender and once again they showed they stood above the rest of the Bureaus in terms of their Payroll system, customer service and flexibility to meet our requirements.

The support we had from Cintra during the implementation through to going live was exceptional.
When we were ready to move to the support side of the business the bureau team went out of their way to make sure they fully understood all our processes and to ensure that all our deadlines were met. In 2017 we introduced Pension Salary Sacrifice and Cintra made everything so easy for us, no stress involved at all. I have found all of Cintra personnel to be dedicated and extremely knowledgeable in their field, whilst always remaining friendly, flexible and approachable. They often go the extra mile to ensure that all our needs as Clients are met. I recently had to process an additional payroll at late notice for a small selection of employees, Cintra went through this with me, advised the best course of action and without any delay the payroll was processed, employees paid without any drama – excellent result!

Cintra’s annual conference covers updates for a variety of topics, from HMRC, in house experts and external specialist as well as providing a useful networking meeting for all the users. They also send out regular newsletters, which contains useful payroll and HR updates and advice, as well as letting us know what’s happening with the ‘Cintra family’ and their efforts to support local and national charities and events. In 2017 a Cintra User Group was introduced, for clients to discuss and share knowledge – just another great addition to the Cintra communication strategy.

I have worked in the payroll business for over 30 years, and have worked with many payroll service providers, large and small – Cintra are the best that I have worked with, from the start they have always treated me as a colleague rather than a client and I know that it doesn’t matter if my payroll is the smallest or the largest, I would get the same excellent treatment, I cannot praise them enough!
