We see our people as our key differentiator and what make Cintra, and working with Cintra special. We do not believe in voicemail – whenever you call Cintra with a question or a problem, you will always get to speak to a person and not a machine. From our receptionist, to our support desk, implementation team or payroll bureau, you will always be greeted by a friendly voice, ready to help.

Cintra invest heavily in training programmes and qualifications which help create motivated, passionate staff. We believe that growing the talent we have in our business adds to the evolution of our business and the delivery of the best possible service to our customers.

It is standard at Cintra that everybody dealing with payroll has to be CIPP qualified and anybody dealing with HR has to be CIPD qualified. If they don’t have these qualifications when they start their career at Cintra, we ensure they embark on the qualifications straight away. It is also imperative that all training courses and qualifications are fully sponsored by Cintra and unlike many companies we never say that they have to stay with Cintra for a specific timeframe after qualification.
