Experience

Helen has 28 years of Payroll Management experience with PAYE outsourced service business bureaus, mainly focussing on procedures and trouble-shooting, growth and efficiencies, developing payrollers’ skillsets and Client Account Management.

Since working with Cintra she has taken 4 payroll teams through migration onto new software and procedures which has been a great challenge.

Helen is driven by ensuring payroll runs as smoothly as possible both within the bureau and from the client’s point of view. Constantly working to fulfil all statutory requirements, staying on top of legislation and making sure every employee is paid correctly and on time.
