Quality & Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

Caroline oversees all day-to-day aspects of compliance and makes sure that the business and its employees have everything they need to operate smoothly, consistently, and legally.

Experience

Caroline has 6 years experience working in compliance. Her previous compliance experience started in the NHS, dealing with patient safety and risk, before progressing into the regulated private sector which saw her work as an internal auditor in a UK top 500 law firm.

Career achievements include working her way through the compliance ranks in a relatively short period of time, gaining experience and knowledge from public bodies and regulated sectors. At Cintra, Caroline’s main achievement has been to completely transform the “look” and reputation of compliance, bringing it into the 21st Century and making it more approachable and relatable.

Ambitions

Caroline enjoys working at this level and her future plans are to bring in more streamlined processes and expand the compliance team. Increasing Cintra’s ISO portfolio, and making the company even more attractive to future employees and clients, is on the cards for the near future.

Caroline says she was lucky enough to join the company at the right time, and it was a great testament that her predecessor had set such a great foundation and had been with the company for over 20 years.

About

Caroline enjoys crafting and upcycling items as well as decorating and design. She is also a great animal lover and enjoys the company of her two cheeky cats. She’s also a sports fan and enjoys football (Man Utd fan, sorry!), and golf. She absolutely adores the winter Olympics when it’s on!
