Figures released this week show that turnover has increased by 20%. In addition, fifteen new members of staff have joined the Cintra team, strengthening expertise and experience across the board.
Cintra’s award winning single database HR & Payroll software solution, Cintra iQ, released in 2012 after 7 years of development, has enabled Cintra to compete much more effectively in the large corporate market (e.g. clients with 5,000 plus employees who are looking for self-service functionality) which in turn means it is well placed for continued future growth.
In addition, its membership of the Payroll Services Alliance has seen Cintra attract numerous international clients: an area of the business which has seen significant growth.
