Cintra is thrilled to have been Highly Commended in the prestigious Service Network Culture for Success Awards.

The Culture for Success Awards is designed to showcase the expertise, talent and passion of companies in the North East. These unique awards recognise the achievements of companies who demonstrate that they have a culture that fosters success in all areas of their business; from employee development and customer service, to winning new business and the contribution the business has made to regional prosperity.

Commenting on the award, CEO Carsten Staehr said: “I am absolutely delighted. This award means a lot: it recognises our achievements in these areas and also our fabulous staff and their passion, dedication and enthusiasm.”

2012 was a phenomenal year for Cintra, with its achievements resulting in a well-stocked trophy cabinet: highlights included, winning Pay & Benefits Software Provider of the Year, winning the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals HR and Payroll Software Provider of the Year and the International Team achieving recognition as a finalist in the Payroll World International Team of the Year Award, after only six months in existence. 2013 is shaping up to be even better!

Judges commented that the awards were more hotly contested than ever this year and to achieve recognition amongst such stiff competition is a fantastic achievement. They particularly commended Cintra’s family atmosphere and its dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

Never one to rest on its laurels, Cintra is already looking at ways to improve its products and services and continues to invest across the business: in development, implementation and support, welcoming new and returning talent to the Cintra family.
