Cintra is delighted to confirm the date and line-up for its annual client conference. The conference, scheduled for Thursday 9 February 2017 has a fantastic cast of speakers who will provide key updates on payroll issues and HR challenges. There will also be an update from Cintra covering new developments and future plans.
The day kicks off with a detailed payroll and HR update from leading industry expert and Cintra’s Head of Legislation and Compliance, Ian Holloway, followed by an interesting and interactive session exploring Neuro Linguistic Programming. Lysa Morrison from LMA Consulting will look at NLP influencing techniques and their value in the workplace. We are also delighted to welcome back Phil Nilson from HMRC who will look at topical issues affecting payroll, both currently and in the near future.
As in previous years, we look to provide something a little different from the norm, and are therefore thrilled to close the conference with an inspiring story from the ‘Jarrow Arrow’ himself Steve Cram. Acknowledged as one of the finest athletes of his generation, Steve is a World, Olympic, European and Commonwealth medallist as well as a three-time World Record holder. He was recognised for his achievements by being awarded the BBC Sports Personality of the Year in 1983, an MBE in 1986 and a CBE in the 2015 New Year Honours for services to sport. Now Chief Athletics Commentator for the BBC, Steve also co-commentates on ESPN and is a regular contributor to BBC Radio 5 live. Outside of broadcasting, Steve is co-founder and Chairman of COCO, an international children’s charity supporting education programmes in remote regions of East Africa.
