The Reward 300 2019 and Individual Awards winners have been revealed at a gala dinner in London, sponsored by Cintra HR and Payroll Services.
In 2009, the Payroll Top 50 was launched to recognise the most influential individuals in the profession. Over the years, the remit of payroll has widened considerably. The function no longer focusses on technical tasks alone, but also strategic ones. Therefore, the move into this wider space – known to be reward – has meant the make-up of the index has also changed, and gradually become The Reward 300.
This year is the 10th anniversary of the index, and to mark this special occasion Reward Strategy evolved the recognition element to award the leading light from each of the seven sections of the index.
Cintra is delighted to support both the index and the gala dinner as it shines a light on the ever-changing face of the payroll industry and celebrates the professionalism, commitment and innovation of the individuals that continue to drive the industry forward.
Cintra would particularly like to congratulate long standing clients Chris Tidy, Hiscox; Vera Cannon, Brothers of Charity and Jacqui Parker, Belron who were among the Top 300. Cintra is also cock a hoop to have two of its very own listed in the index as well: CEO Carsten Staehr and Head of legislation and Compliance and payroll legend Ian Holloway.
