Cintra HR and Payroll Services (Cintra) are looking to recruit an Admin Team Leader to join an existing OSS team. Reporting to the Outsourced Services Assistant Manager, this is a key hire, and an integral part of the team in an exciting and rapidly growing organisation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

•Leading the Admin Team according to internal processes & ensuring smooth running of the office; this will include appraisals, coaching and development of the team and reviews against objectives.
• Responding to clients’ service quality concerns that have been escalated from team members
• Reconciling despatch charges and working with the Finance team to ensure billing is correct
• Proactive participation with an ongoing Migration project, including the management of the handover from Implementation; ensuring the task log is updated for any new/amended/lost clients.
• Supporting payroll teams with:

o Full & accurate pension reporting to the pension providers and clients –
within the agreed timeframe and distribution of auto enrolment letters
o Opening & closing off payrolls each period
o Creation of self-service logins & password resets
o Sending HMRC liability reports, submitting EPS files as well as HMRC
liability payments
o Sending remittances to third parties
o Applying for HMRC gateway access
o Setting up and providing to the client monthly reports including
o Sending chasing emails for payroll data and BACS sign off
o Customer set-ups, e.g., entering customer data into the system

• Carrying out other duties and project as instructed by the departmental

Who We Are Looking For             

  • You will have exceptional IT skills
  • Someone with excellent written communication and telephone skills skills
  • You will be comfortable liaising with clients and attending meetings as necessary
  • Can multi-task and prioritise in a fast paced, pressured environment
  • Ability to think logically and make decisions under pressure
  • Be a superb team player with excellent leadership skills
  • Have the ability to think inventively and creatively when problem solving
  • You will have a good understanding of payroll legislation
  • Be organised and discreet
  • Be able to motivate and coach
  • Certificate in pension administration would be advantageous
  • A level 1 AAT (or equivalent) qualification is desirable


£25k – £30k per annum
