Cintra HR and Payroll Services (Cintra) are looking to recruit a P11D Administrator on a temporary contract to support the existing Outsourced Services Team. Reporting to the Head of Outsourced Services, this is an urgent hire, and you will be an integral part of the team in an exciting and rapidly growing organisation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

You will be responsible for processing P11Ds in the Outsourced Services Department. As a key processor, you will have set responsibilities that will include, but will not be limited to:
• Processing P11ds
• Processing P11d(b)s
• Managing P11d allocation
• Answering client queries
• Submitting P11d information to HMRC
• Submitting payments to HMRC
• Making amendments to P11ds after submission to HMRC
• Distributing Employee documents

Required Skills and Competencies              

• Someone with excellent attention to detail
• You will have good written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• A fast & eager learner who can work unsupervised and meet agreed
• Excellent customer service skills and experience
• Experience in P11d processing is essential
