Cintra HR and Payroll Services are looking for an experienced Sales Lead Generator to strengthen the existing Sales Team.

This is an outbound b2b sales role responding to inquiries and feeding qualified leads directly into an experienced Business Development Manager.  The role will work closely with the Marketing Department and will act as a first response to lead generation from campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing leads.
  • Liaising with BDM on lead handover.
  • Sales admin support.
  • Maintaining the CRM system.
  • Ensuring the data within the CRM system is accurate and up to date.
  • Understanding of all available Cintra product and services.
  • Ensure potential clients receive accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Assisting in marketing initiatives.
  • Recording all relevant client details and send relevant information to the sales team.
  • Reviewing your own sales performance.
  • Other appropriate duties to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Number of demonstrations booked and/or sales secured.
  • Number of calls made on a daily basis.
  • Quality of outbound information sent by email and post.
  • Quality of client information held on CRM system.
  • Conversion from Lead to Sales.

We are looking for:           

  • Experience in B2B Lead Generation preferred.
  • Previous usage of a CRM system is an advantage.
  • Ability to make as many calls as possible to hit the daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Great communicator with excellent telephone manners.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Enthusiastic, confident, articulate and great interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn about our industry.
  • Self-motivated but also able to work as a team.
  • Knowledge of using LinkedIn to connect and qualify leads with key decision makers would be an advantage.
