Join us for our annual Cintra Conference, taking place in Newcastle. Packed with expert talks around payroll legislation, the future of payroll, and how new technology is shaping the industry and workplace. Plus lots of practical workshops and Q&A’s.

Day 1 – Tuesday 9th July 2024

Conference: 1pm – 4.15pm

at The Crowne Plaza, Stephenson Quarter, Hawthorn Street, Forth Street, NE1 3SA 

Evening reception: 5pm – late

In this session, you’ll have the opportunity to take the Disc Flow assessment tool to learn more about yourself and your own behavioural and communication styles. Gain insights into your own emotional intelligence, enhancing self-awareness and empathy. This session will equip you with practical tips for personal and professional development, fostering better teamwork and conflict resolution.
