2016 marks Cintra HR & Payroll’s 35th anniversary and what a year it is turning out to be! The Gateshead based HR and Payroll Company has been honoured not once but twice in the national Payroll World Awards, held in London last week.
Cintra picked up ‘Outstanding Customer Service’ Award and ‘Implementation Project of the Year’ Award, fighting off stiff competition in both categories.
The Implementation Project of the Year recognised Cintra’s innovative and customer focussed approach to a payroll transformation project for a major global client. True partnership was the key to the success of this vast and complex initiative.
To go on to win the ‘Outstanding Customer Service’ Award really was the icing on the cake. Our lovely clients are at the heart of everything we do, for without them we are nothing. We are immensely proud that our first client, Crabtree of Gateshead, is still with us today, 35 years on. We are also proud that numerous clients have been with us for many years: “We have worked with Cintra for about 20 years and can honestly say that we have never dealt with a company so dedicated and passionate about what they do. They are always helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. This year has also seen Cintra achieve ISO accreditation, ISAE3402 Accreditation and Payroll Software Supplier of the Year in the Global Payroll Awards held earlier this year, as well as achieving double digit growth for an outstanding 15 years in a row.
