Leading UK retailer Ocado sought to find a payroll provider who could take its labour-intensive payroll operations from a time-consuming, manual process with calculations and spreadsheets into a seamless, streamlined operation.

Ocado was struggling with an inefficient, time-consuming payroll process which put a large amount of pressure on the internal payroll team. They faced a number of challenges:

The solution

  • Streamline communication between Ocado and Cintra through in-platform messaging.
  • Create a dedicated line of support at Cintra working in partnership with Ocado to fully understand their operations.
  • Experience an agile implementation process which ensured go live success.
