Responsibilities
Agnes leads the Operational Readiness team responsible for rolling out and streamlining procedures and processes in all Outsourced Services teams, under the PSSG umbrella.
Experience
Agnes joined Cintra as the Head of Outsourced Services back in 2020 to oversee all internal payroll processing, ensure HMRC compliance and drive departmental growth.
Before Agnes moved to Newcastle, she was a Payroll Operations Manager at a London-based payroll company and has worked on multiple projects including software implementation, payroll migration and software functionality analysis with the system provider.
Ambitions
After completing her MA in Bilingual Translation, Agnes realised that her passion for numbers is greater than her interest in linguistics hence her career in payroll. She enjoys finding new ways of streamlining processes and making a difference in the OSS Teams’ everyday operations.
About
Agnes loves visiting new places and her goal is to visit 40 countries before she turns 40. She has also been trying to learn the guitar for many years now, with limited success.
