Responsibilities
Francesca is responsible for people within The PSSG, their development, compensation and recognition.
Experience
Francesca has 25 years of HR consultancy experience in a range of sectors including supporting PSSG from day one, prior to joining the Board in April 2022. As a consultant, Francesca provided advice to clients on all employee related enquiries; payroll processing expertise; coaching for internal teams; and support through change management, restructures and redundancy consultations in line with the needs of the particular business.
Ambitions
Francesca’s focus is to create and maintain a positive work environment to motivate high performance with a culture of recognition.
About
Prior to joining The PSSG, Francesca worked in the restaurant industry were she developed a healthy interest in good food and wine. She loves cooking and entertaining. Francesca works out regularly and walks her dog daily to keep both her body and mind in shape.
