Linda is responsible for the delivery of outsourced services across the group.
Experience
Linda has 36 years of industry experience in both private and public sector payrolls, from service delivery, payroll account management, parallel processing and the transition of new payrolls into live service. Linda has also dealt with the production of payroll procedures, managing complex pay rules, assisting the bid team as the payroll leads on large payroll bids and establishing efficiencies and improvements within the payroll delivery service team.
Ambitions
Linda enjoys challenges and making a difference, she loves feeling a sense of achievement when projects are completed. She works in an organised and structured way, ensuring best practice and procedures are followed.
