Sarah leads the Finance team for Cintra and the wider Payroll Software and Services Group.
Experience
Sarah joined Cintra in summer 2023 as Group Finance Manager and progressed to Head of Finance in 2025. She brings a wealth of experience from a diverse range of industries including fast-paced SME environments.

Sarah is passionate about building high-performing teams, simplifying processes, and using technology to drive efficiencies in the business. With a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail, Sarah is committed to evolving the finance function to meet the needs of a growing organisation.

Outside of work, Sarah is a keen traveller and loves discovering new places and cultures. She’s also a big fan of eating out and enjoys exploring new restaurants and cuisines.
