We’ve designed five training packages, each tailored to different requirements, so you can choose the session that best fits your needs.
The training packages are interactive, 1-2-1 sessions which enable you to gain valuable knowledge and insights into the Cintra Cloud system. The sessions are conducted over Microsoft Teams thereby enabling multiple users from your organisation to join the call.
Package 1
New starter/refresher session
This training session will provide users with comprehensive knowledge on how to use Cintra Cloud for payroll submission. We will cover everything from logging in and navigating menus to processing payroll & generating reports.

Package 2
Deep dive training and reporting
Whilst covering all aspects of package 1, this in depth session will equip users with knowledge of advanced features, including live reporting.

Package 3
Reports & Live Reports
This training session focuses on reports and will provide users with comprehensive knowledge on how to use and interpret the reports & live reports within Cintra Cloud. We will look at how these reports can be used to analyse and check your payroll.

How to maximise efficiency
This 4 hour package is designed to help you optimise payroll efficiency through enhanced data management, streamlined processes & effective system utilisation. Users will explore essential workflows, validation techniques and strategies to help save time and ensure accuracy in payroll operations.

Full payroll review
Cintra’s full payroll review delivers an extensive walkthrough of the entire system; encompassing navigation, employee management, reporting and payroll submission. The review emphasises enhancing both accuracy and efficiency; providing users with the essential tools needed to streamline your payroll processes effectively.
