Rhona Barton

Rhona has been with Capita for over four years. In her current role as Employer Relations Manager, she helps educate employers through high-quality training and in-depth support. She acts as the voice of employers and other stakeholders to the rest of the business, enabling continual improvement and service delivery.

A typical day for Rhona involves meeting with and supporting employers with their queries, delivering webinars and drop-in sessions, collating delivery information, and troubleshooting escalations.
