With a passion for enhancing payroll expertise, Philip works closely with leaders to assess their teams’ understanding of UK payroll legislation, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. 

Philip’s expertise spans organisations with payroll teams ranging from 5 to 1,500 employees, guiding them in developing and maintaining high levels of legislative knowledge to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
