As payroll and HR professionals, it’s important to welcome industry changes to stay ahead. Only with up-to-date knowledge can you remain compliant and be armed with the latest in tech, industry specific developments, and (importantly) mindset. Luckily for you, we have the perfect place to gain all these insights and more: the Cintra Conference.
Yes, that’s right! We’re returning to the Crowne Plaza in Newcastle for two days of engaging talks and transferrable real-world training on 8th and 9th July.
With only a month to go, we wanted to give you a glimpse of what to expect ahead of the big event.
Why attend the Cintra Conference?
Whether you’re juggling the latest laws for a small team or looking to better understand how the Cintra product set can help to automate your business, this event is designed for you. We have sessions tailored to:
- Payroll Managers & Technicians looking to stay compliant with the latest legislation,
- HR Professionals navigating fast-changing workforce policies,
- Finance Teams exploring payroll integrations and AI adoption,
- Cintra Customers eager to make the most of our solutions with hands-on training.
It’s also a great opportunity to ask any questions you might have for our team. We’re all ears, no matter the topic!
Beyond the opportunity to boost your knowledge, it’s a brilliant chance to network with likeminded peers with plenty of opportunity to connect with other professionals in the sector.

This year, we return to Crowne Plaza, nestled in the heart of Newcastle just a walk from the Quayside.
Not a North East native? Don’t worry, we’ve made the conference as accessible as possible.
If you’re travelling by train, Crowne Plaza is a short walk from Central Station—0.2 miles if you want to get super exact. Alternatively, if you’re travelling by car, the Stephenson Quarter Car Park is just 2 minutes away with access to the hotel on Level 10. Find out more, including daily rates, here.
While Newcastle is a beautiful city—and we definitely recommend you plan some time to explore the local sights while you’re with us—we recommend you book a room at the venue, so you don’t miss out on anything we have planned! Not only will you be amid the action, but you can also take advantage of our preferential rates especially for the event. Book your room here.
The full address for The Crowne Plaza is:
