Andrew leads commercial strategy for Cintra and Capture Expense, aligning revenue growth, market positioning and customer value. He guides the sales teams to deliver distinctive buyer journeys and ensures organisations understand how our platforms transform their HR, payroll and financial operations.
Experience
With more than 15 years in payroll and HR, Andrew combines deep operational expertise with commercial leadership. After eight years in bureau payroll management, he moved into HR and payroll technology sales in 2017. His sector-wide experience enables him to advise customers at a strategic level and support complex digital transformation.
Ambitions
Andrew is focused on scaling a disciplined, insight-led commercial engine across both brands. His priority is driving predictable growth, improving customer outcomes and helping organisations modernise inefficient HR, payroll and expense processes with clear, measurable return on investment.
