With over 30 years experience in software development, Laurence brings a wealth of expertise across multiple industries. Starting as a software developer, he later moved into leadership roles as software manager at several start-ups. In 2023, he joined Cintra to lead the Development Team and continue building cutting-edge solutions.

Laurence is passionate about creating a diverse, innovative development team that thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement. His ambition is to deliver technology that not only meets customer needs but sets new standards for reliability and user experience.

Since graduating, Laurence has dedicated his career to writing software and managing development teams across a variety of sectors. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling and photography—always looking for new routes to explore and moments to capture.
