Sarah leads both the internal people function and the HR outsourcing division, bringing together strategic workforce leadership with commercially focused HR service delivery.
Experience
With more than four decades of senior HR experience, Sarah has led complex people strategies across diverse sectors, covering talent acquisition, capability development, employment law and the delivery of large-scale HR operations.
Ambitions
Sarah’s ambition is to help Cintra deliver truly best-in-class HR services for both our internal teams and out outsourced clients. She is committed to building the capacity and confidence of employers to respond to legislative change proactively and effectively, while also helping organisations anticipate and adapt to emerging HR trends. Ultimately, Sarah’s focus is on creating workplaces that are engaged, productive, compliant, and genuinely supportive of the people within them.
About
Born in England with Welsh heritage, and educated in South Africa before spending 30 years in Australia, Sarah admits to having divided loyalties when it comes to world rugby! Guided by a lesson learned from her father—“It’s far better to be spontaneous and make mistakes than to never take risks and live a life of mediocrity”—she approaches life with curiosity and courage. She can tolerate most things… except bad coffee and bad wine!
