Responsibilities
As Head of Partnerships, Tom is responsible for managing and developing Cintra’s network of service partners, supporting implementation and growth with our channel partners, and helping drive strategic business development across the business.
Experience
Tom joined Cintra seven years ago as Finance Lead. As the business has grown, so has Tom’s role—evolving from a pure operational focus as Head of Business Operations to his current position as Head of Partnerships.

Tom is focused on building strong partnerships that enhance Cintra’s global capability and deliver meaningful value for clients. He is dedicated to shaping a collaborative, high performing environment where people and processes work seamlessly together. His ambition is to strengthen operational excellence across the business and drive sustainable growth, ensuring clients, partners and Cintra all benefit from reliable, scalable and commercially impactful solutions.
About
Tom grew up in South Wales but started working in Bristol when he was 18 and has lived there for nearly 20 years. Outside of work, he spends most of his time spent with his family, usually at the side of a football pitch or watching Bristol Rugby.
