Cintra, the North-East based payroll and HR solutions specialist, announced today the dates and programme for its Annual Customer Conference.

The in-person event is back by popular demand and will take place from the 28th to the 29th June at the Crowne Plaza in Newcastle. Cintra, part of The Payroll Software & Services Group will welcome over 120 customers, suppliers, and partners to a jam-packed programme full of practical user workshops, exciting new product launches, industry updates and networking.

“It’s so important to build and strengthen relationships with our customers and what better way to do this, than face-to- face. It’s been too long since we got together, so we are looking forward to reconnecting and listening to our customers, sharing ideas and hearing from the industry,” said Eric Dunmore, CEO, The PSSG.

Cintra is a multi award-winning company that has been providing in-house developed HR & Payroll software and fully managed payroll and HR services to the UK SME market for over 40 years. Cintra’s solutions are used by over 650 clients, and its expertise covers private companies, large and small, local authorities and public sector organisations, colleges and academies.

This past year Cintra secured an investment of over £3m to develop its software. The Conference in June provides the opportunity for the company to share these developments and layout its roadmap for the future. Several major announcements including a new partnership and an innovative new product launch that empowers managers are also planned.

“It’s always great to announce new products but it’s rare in our sector to launch a product that actually challenges the way businesses currently operate. We believe our new launch will do just that and will be a game-changer, so watch this space.” said Seb Aspland, Chief Technology Officer.

The conference kicks off with 1:1 sessions offering customers the opportunity to discuss their accounts, review new requirements or explain any issues they are experiencing before attending dedicated system workshops in the afternoon to refresh and update their skills.

The first day concludes with an evening dinner reception before customers take their seats the next day for the conference. Attendees will hear from senior industry specialists from Cintra, PSSG, the Chartered Institute for Payroll and Pension Professionals (CIPP), as well as partner intelliHR, a strategic people management platform, and preferred supplier, Pinpoint, an all-in-one talent acquisition software.
