We’re delighted to share that Cintra has been named Payroll Service Provider of the Year (over 75,000 payslips) by the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP). We collected the award on 8 October 2026 at Celtic Manor Resorts, Wales, and it was a proud evening for everyone in the room.
The CIPP is the professional body for payroll in the UK. That makes recognition from our own profession especially meaningful to us. Our award is in the category for providers processing more than 75,000 payslips.
What the judges recognised
The judges described our entry as a ‘standout submission with clear evidence of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous investment’. Those three things sit at the heart of how we run payroll for our customers. It means a great deal to see them recognised by the people who know our profession best.

What it means for our customers
