Transforming manual HR into automated people processes for Newable

Building on their 15-year payroll partnership with Cintra, Newable set out to transform their manual HR processes. Here’s how they used CintraHR, powered by Humanforce, to automate tasks, enrich their data, and improve new employee experiences.

We’ve had a long relationship with Cintra supporting us with payroll, but our HR processes were still very manual. So, we kicked off the project because we know that CintraHR has all the tools to meet our objectives. We want to enable HR to do more HR and less admin and enable our managers to spend more time managing, while enriching our data and removing manual processes.

The solution

  • Automated onboarding: Newable digitised their onboarding process—eliminating several forms and using workflows to streamline and automate tasks.
  • Exit process documentation: they began documenting exit interviews in the platform, giving them the tools to easily report on the data and spot leaver trends.
  • Gathering manager feedback: empowering managers to provide their own feedback during employee onboarding, probation, and exit.
  • Phased roll-out across the business: a careful, phased approach was taken to roll out CintraHR, allowing them to truly get the process right and create a successful cultural shift.
