Experience
Nik joined Cintra as Payroll Operations Manager in May 2022 and stepped into the role of Head of Payroll Outsource Services in January 2024.

Nik thrives on turning payroll complexities into clarity for clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our service. He’s passionate about building high-performing teams and continuously improving processes and systems.
About
Outside of work, Nik loves spending quality time with his family, exploring new places, and enjoying the outdoors. He’s also a huge football fan—though he wishes he could make it to more matches!
