2024/25 Payroll Legislation Guide

The facts, figures, thresholds and allowances for 2024/25, in one handy guide.

Evolved from the annual Payroll Top 50, the Reward 100 index features the most influential leaders in:

  • Reward
  • Employee Benefits
  • Payroll
  • Workplace Pensions
  • International Payroll
  • Employment Law
  • HR
  • Careers

The Reward 100 is chosen by a panel of experts at Payroll World magazine, and was revealed at a special networking drinks reception on the evening of 25 May at the ILEC Conference Centre, London, following the Payroll World Spring Update event at the same venue.

Head of Legislation and Compliance, Ian Holloway and CEO Carsten Staehr were both recognised in the new index.

Commenting on the recognition, Ian said: “It’s humbling to be listed amongst such stalwarts of the reward industry. Those who know me know that payroll is my passion – I do what I do out of a genuine love for the industry I work in, so it’s great to know that others feel that what I do makes a difference.”

CEO Carsten Staehr commented: “I love the fact that the list has broadened to reflect the fact that the remit of the payroll profession has widened considerably in recent years. Cintra people are dedicated, passionate professionals and this individual recognition really echoes the commitment of everyone at Cintra to the payroll profession. Everything we do is based on teamwork and our focus is totally devoted to our wonderful clients: for this to be recognised by the industry is fantastic.  I am privileged to be at the helm of such a great organisation, helping our clients to stay at the cutting edge of the ever changing payroll world.”
