We are delighted to announce that Cintra HR and Payroll Services (Cintra) is now part of The Payroll Software and Services Group (PSSG).
In what has been a challenging year for all, we are extremely pleased to share this exciting and positive news about the future of the company. PSSG specialise in providing software and outsourcing solutions for HR, Payroll and Business Support in the UK and International markets. The Group is backed by independent private equity firm, Tenzing, whose investment gives Cintra the platform to develop and grow our market leading solutions, so that we can deliver a broader service to our clients.
We also have 3 new members of our management team, who together bring a wealth of invaluable knowledge and industry experience to the business. Agnes Plewa-Weir heads up our Outsourced Services Department, Lori Kidd has joined as Sales Manager and Peter Crowe is our interim COO.
Carsten Staehr is now Chairman of Cintra and a Group shareholder, having moved up from his role as Chief Executive. As chairman, Carsten will be focused on developing the client base with particular focus on new large client opportunities, our valued industry connections, and acquisition opportunities for the PSSG Group. Carsten’s involvement in operational client matters will pass to other members of the management team.
As we begin this exciting new chapter, our clients remain at the heart of what we do. Over the past 35 years Cintra has delivered professional HR and Payroll solutions to hundreds of businesses. Throughout this time the focus has always been on providing outstanding service to each and every client. This, along with our friendly, personal approach, will always be at the core of who we are.
