Responsibilities
Callum oversees financial strategy, reporting, and controls at PSSG, ensuring long-term value creation is underpinned by robust financial planning. He works closely with leadership across all functions to support sound, sustainable decision-making.
Experience
Callum has held senior and board-level roles across Financial Services, Consumer Goods & Services, and B2B Software. He previously worked in growth equity investing at a consumer-centric investment firm backing high-growth market leaders, and trained with JPMorgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank. He holds a Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Callum is driven by building high-quality teams, creating market-leading businesses, and learning from exceptional people. He enjoys turning complex detail into insight and opportunity, and is passionate about building meaningful relationships and strengthening the culture PSSG has built.
About
A competitor at heart, Callum believes in curiosity and hard work. Outside the office, he’s Dad to two girls, plays whatever sport he can, and travels to experience new cultures—including regular trips to Edinburgh to see family and watch the famous Heart of Midlothian.
