Responsibilities
Eric is in charge of the Group strategy and leading the Group’s development plans.
Experience
Eric has over 15 years of exposure to the payroll sector and 17 years experience in professional services prior to this, giving him a firm understanding of the sector. In addition, he has been in many executive and non-executive roles which have provided him with experience of private equity and other external funding sources as well as many business acquisitions and disposals. He has worked with a range of management teams to collaboratively grow them and the businesses they worked with.
Ambitions
Eric brings drive, energy, and enthusiasm to all the businesses he is involved with. As well as grasping the ‘big picture’ he is capable of mastering the detail of processes and situations to help the team arrive at potential solutions and implement those solutions swiftly.
About
Eric’s personal passions are business, cycling, Liverpool Football Club, sports, cars, food, politics and learning new things!
