Responsibilities
Tom leads the growth and development of Cintra’s strategic partnership network, with a focus on expanding the reach of Capture Expense solutions across the UK and international markets. He works closely with partners, clients and internal teams to develop commercially effective relationships and integrated solutions that support payroll, payments, and expense management.
Experience
Tom joined Cintra over seven years ago as Finance Lead. Since then, his role has evolved through Head of Business Operations and Head of Partnerships to Director of Expense Solutions and Strategic Partnerships. He brings more than 20 years of experience across financial, commercial and operational leadership.
Ambitions
Tom is focused on strengthening Cintra’s partner ecosystem and identifying new opportunities to deliver greater value to clients through collaboration and technology. His ambition is to support sustainable business growth by developing scalable partnerships and connected solutions that simplify operations for clients.
About
Tom grew up in South Wales and moved to Bristol at 18, where he has lived ever since. Outside of work, he spends most of his time with his family, often at the side of a football pitch or watching Bristol Rugby. He also tries to see as much live music as possible.
